With over 40 years of experience in telecom and civil construction, Bernie is a recognized leader in network deployment, equipment design, and innovation. He managed thousands of kilometres of OSP construction, including along active railways and municipal corridors. Formerly VP of Ledcor’s Telecom Construction group, Bernie also founded Tier2 Technologies, later acquired by AFL. He launched Round 2 to support AFL’s FTTH program and continues to lead R&D efforts that advance telecom infrastructure across Canada.

Throughout his career, Scott has held senior positions at prominent companies, including 360networks, Bell Canada, Group Telecom, and Ledcor. His leadership and strategic insights have been instrumental in fostering growth and innovation within these organizations, positioning him as a key player in the support of sustainable revenue focused growth.
Pete McLeod - Construction Manager
Pete is highly skilled and accomplished professional with 25 + years of experience in all aspects of OSP, Telco Construction. He has a demonstrated ability to complete large scale, capital projects on time and within budget. In addition, Pete has a proven track record of successfully managing projects over $50M. Execution success with directing staff in a manner that optimizes safety, quality, efficiency and budget ensures his clients have the highest level of satisfaction upon completion.

Han brings 30 years of finance experience and over 20 years of construction industry experience. Having completed over $2B in deal flow with local, national, and international clients, ensuring that the company manages its cashflow and stays on budget on its projects is always a top priority. Sylvain Ruest - Project Manager
Sylvain has experience managing large-scale multidisciplinary industrial projects. Sylvain’s strong business acumen was developed through hands on experience and through extensive education. His Business Administration Diploma – Supply Chain Management & Logistics from Red River College is complemented by his courses completed at Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business.
